Websites for Teachers

I attended a Summer Course for English teachers in January. Although it was not that great, I found out some interesting websites for Additional Language Teachers (that's right, according to some teories, we are not suppose to use the terms EFL and ESL anymore).

I'd like to share them with you. I hope we can all learn from them and make our classes more attractive and productive.

ESL - Discussions - Website where you can download topics for discussions and conversation classes. It is very good to one-to-one classes.

Podcasts - Website to download podcasts and use them in a listening class. It is nice but you waste a good time trying to find free stuff.

One Stop English - A very famous website where you can find lots of material for your classes. Some activities are free, but some you have to pay for.

Breaking News English - Here you can find classes and podcasts.

MES - English - Excellent sourse of all kinds of material! There are many flashcards and visual material. A golden mine...

BBC Learing English - One of the most famous websites for both teachers and students. You can find many different material.

Puzzlemaker - I've been using this website for a long time! My crosswords and wordsearches are famous among my students. It is really easy to use. Have fun with it.
